Zagazig University Museum opens its doors soon to serve the educational process


In preparation for its opening and the exercise of its role in the educational process, resume Committee stripped the Museum of Civilizations Institute for Near East at the University of Zagazig work today to inventory the contents of the museum and enable the University to open it.

This was stated by Dr. Mahmoud Omar, Dean of the Institute of the civilizations of the Near East, pointing out that the problem of the Supreme Council of Antiquities and the university will resume and the exercise of its role in the educational process, and that the Committee's work comes in cooperation between the Ministry of Antiquities and the University of Zagazig in the framework of a regular inspection of the Ministry of Antiquities.

Dr. Omar explained that the museum contains 2173 artifacts date back to different eras and is one of the most important Egyptian universities and museums.
