Zagazig science symposium discussing biological warfare and how to prevent them
Within Zagazig University Festival of Environment and World Environment Day celebrations, Faculty of Science, Zagazig University, organized the day Tuesday, March 15th scientific symposium entitled "Biological Warfare and Prevention," in conjunction with the Committee of Scientific Culture Supreme Council of Culture under the auspices of D.abdgam Noureddine Acting Rector and Dr. Ahmed Handah dean of the college.
The seminar started with a lecture delivered by Dr. Samia Mustafa support Professor, Department of Animal which pointed out that biological warfare is the intentional use intent to harm and genocide by using weapons of mass destruction demanding higher spending on scientific research to address the dangerous biological weapon.
D also spoke. Jamal Abdulaziz Annan, Vice-Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development for uses overt and covert biological weapon which is a public use, for example, the aircraft carrying microbes bacterial and published in the free areas or by firing missiles carrying biological warheads, but the most dangerous is the use of biological weapons to destroy the economies of the countries through the destruction of agricultural crops to disrupt the level of productivity of the land or disseminating microbes in the water for irrigation, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, carcinogens, as well as the destruction of human resources to states through the contamination of milk and meat, cosmetics, vaccines that cause cancer. He also drew a message to all officials of the need to tighten controls on exports and imports for which can be used to destroy the economic and human resources.
