Organization Alaonesco- Paris announced the opening of the door to apply for the 20 grants, each for four weeks in the period from October 3 to 28 in Russia for training in the areas of energy and development of energy Almstdamh- Albaiah- Almottagddh- energy resources and renewable energy generation and sustainable management.
Each State nominate two members only.
The conditions to be met by the applicant:
1. Bachelor, at least.
2. Proficiency in English language
3. Not more than age 35
