It hosts the Higher Institute of the civilizations of the ancient Near East at the University of Zagazig d. Samir Abdel-Hamid Ibrahim Noah, a professor and deputy director of the Center monotheistic religions at the University of Doshisha Studies in Kyoto in Japan to give a lecture at the symposium on "ancient heritage in Japan and call for rapprochement," which held the institute at exactly eleven o'clock on Sunday morning, 03.06.2016 under the auspices of Dr. .abdgam Noordin, acting head of the university.

This was stated by Dr. Mahmoud Omar Salim dean of the institute, pointing out that the holding of the seminar is not to contribute to the coverage of a task needs to not only recognize the Japanese heritage, but to shed light on the importance of Japan in the preservation of cultural heritage in Egypt and the definition of the Egyptian civilization and the ancient relations between the Far East with ancient Egypt and the Arabian Peninsula and Mesopotamia and Iran, which is an important aspect of the civilizations of the ancient Near East.

He added that the importance of the seminar lies in two aspects are very important, the first is that the lecturer is one of the East province, and the second that the symposium will shed light on the cultural common between Japan and the Arab and Islamic world, with a focus on what Egypt can benefit by recognizing the experience of Japan in the interest in the old effects and benefit from them economically by domestic and foreign tourism.
