Whereas, the Board decided to approve the application of the decision of the Prime Minister in 1474 for the year 2015 on 04.06.2016 to amend Article 80 of the executive regulations of the law regulating universities No. 49 of 1972 on the band of students enrolled in the final after the decision where the law does not apply retroactively
