University Council resolution No. (473) dated 10/25/2015 on the development of system controls to supervise the dissertations for masters of assistant professors and teachers to supervise the Masters and PhDs faculties of the university:

Approval :-

First: It is not permitted to increase the maximum number of messages that are supervised by professors and assistant professors solo or jointly with others about fifteen message, with the exception of the faculty members at the Institute of Asian Studies and Research and the ancient civilizations of the Near East Institute and is upon presenting it to the Professor / Deputy President for Graduate Studies and Research.

Second: for teachers: -

• That may be passed on his appointment to function in a teacher to participate in the supervision of theses and three years in the supervision of doctoral dissertations on condition that the subscriber messages are in the supervision of closely related to his specialty flour
• Messages of no more than common-sponsored by all five Messages
• It may not be the teacher subscription (or full-time worker) in the supervision of Masters and PhDs if he passed seven Snot did not apply for the degree Top

Third: Assistant Professor

• No assistant professor may be (employee or full-time) that oversees the scientific messages or participate in supervision if he went on the appointed seven years in the job as assistant professor has not applied for promotion to a higher degree and lasts an assistant professor in the supervision and governance or subscribe to supervise if it has been chosen to oversee seven years ago to his job as an Assistant Professor
