Due to the progress many of the teaching of Zagazig University faculty members asked the university to approve the projects progress, a national, or international destinations at the last minute, including not allowing judged by the university before they are submitted for the following considerations:

1-active member of that faculty be linked to the activities and pressures, including many overlapping does not allow him often provide time to put the project in its final form only in the last moments.

2. The active member of the faculty always keen to develop his every moment and is therefore keen to take advantage of all the time available before applying until the last minute to be done in a good picture.

3. that the university is interested in the quality of the projects submitted and be with return on research and educational process and serve the community and therefore there must be a consensus between the university's vision and objectives of the projects submitted.

In order to address this situation as not to compromise the interests of the university or the wasted effort of faculty members active who depend on them the evolution of the university decided to develop a proper system to ensure progress of projects in a timely manner and that does not contradict yolk right of the university to assess the usefulness of projects for the University before progress as follows:

Advanced faculty member includes a summary of the project objectives, methodology and expected outputs in a time of less than 20 days before the date of the final rule, including progress allows him before advancing in the final image. Then the university administration in coordination with project management in assessing the added value of the University of the project and issue its approval or rejection or amendment to the project within 7 days. The researcher then completed an artistic and administrative details and progress directly to the donor.
