Arab scientific demonstration center with the participation of a large and high Zeraltalim D.alsid Dr. Abdul Khaliq. Loving Rafii and Minister of Education, launched the first international conference for Measurement and Evaluation in Egypt titled "mail, calendar, in educational institutions events (actually - Opportunities and Challenges" organized by Zagazig University, headed by Dr. Ashraf al-Shehhi, head of the university over the Saturday and Sunday 6, June 7, 2015.

Dr. Mohammed Ismail Mohammed al-Marri, director measurement center and the university calendar and the decision of the conference said that the conference program includes an opening session and 7 scientific sessions over two days. The first day begins opening session and then the first scientific session under the title of leading Arab experience and spin the second session on the Code of Ethics for measurement and evaluation concludes with the activities of the first day of the third scientific research under the title of the session in the modern theory of measurement "to respond to a single theory." The conference will continue its activities on Sunday, June 7, including the fourth session entitled development Educational Evaluation system as input to the quality of higher education in educational institutions, the fifth session are discussed trend towards evaluating electronic exams systems and spin sixth session on infrastructure-mail to the calendar in educational institutions to develop and discusses the seventh session of the application of standards e in different disciplines. It concludes with the conference concluding the session and announce recommendations.
