It concluded the first international economic conference organized by the University of Zagazig in conjunction with the transit Academy under the title: "Prospects Egyptian Gulf economic cooperation between reality and expectations in light output to support the Egyptian economy" conference in Sharm El-Sheikh its participation of a large number of professors and specialists and researchers from Egypt and Arab countries.

Through the presentation and discussion of research and working papers submitted, which reached number 42 discussed during the conference sessions, the participants unanimously agreed that the Arab region is going through an important stage aimed to weaken and divide the region and a threat to Arab national security and what the world was divided large economic entities because of its economic, social and political advantages; the Arab world in order to maintain his being in the face of current challenges severe internally and externally; it must be to work on activating the Arab bloc and the formation of large economic unit keeps its interests; and shall have an active role under the new rules become governor of the economies of the entire world represented the most important pillars in globalization; and took refuge in determining Rh; and the communications revolution and information technology; as well as increasing the relative weight of each of the regional economic blocs and multinational companies, and unanimously agreed on a number of recommendations announced by Dr. Ashraf al-Shehhi, head of Zagazig University and President of the Conference, namely:

- The adoption of Arabic economic bloc as a basis for building the Arab national security as a strategic objective converge around Alovkarwalraa.

- Take advantage of the successful experiences for the construction of economic blocs, particularly the European Union, through the stages of study and the availability of the political will to create such a bloc.

- Re-launch the idea of ​​expanding the Gulf Cooperation Council to include Egypt, Jordan, Sudan and Yemen in order to diversify the comparative advantages and to take advantage of the capabilities and potential of each state

- Create an administrative entity shall determine the policy and economic goals and follow up the implementation process of the Egyptian Gulf Cooperation.

- Identify areas of support competitiveness in the light of the effects study the investment environment for each Member State, including qualifies for greater cooperation between these countries.

- Speed ​​up the Egyptian state to activate the investment map, which covers over the country in accordance with the development priorities of the state and its ambitions thoughtfully to work on attracting investors.

- Stimulate the Gulf sovereign wealth funds to invest in Egypt to achieve common benefits of Egypt and the Gulf states.

- Focus on the joint investment in human capital and raising the efficiency of human resources in Egypt and the Gulf States; through education, scientific research, training and education.

- Be cooperation between the Arab countries on the basis of comparative advantages and investment opportunities available to each of them to exploit on the basis of maximizing the benefits to all parties.

- Expansion in the establishment of a Gulf Egyptian projects for investment in roads, ports and power generation; particularly solar ones; and all strategic projects and other so through the use of scientists and the owners of international expertise in those areas.

- Create legal and regulatory environment for investment in Egypt and the removal of all obstacles to ensure the facilitation measures on investors.

- To speed up the activation of the Arab Customs Union to support an environmental trade relations through reconsider all non-tariff barriers and technical restrictions; and the development of logistics systems to reduce transportation costs between Member States.

- Revive and implement King Abdullah Bridge Project "God's mercy" to link Egypt, Saudi Arabia ground and then connect Africa and the Arab homeland.

- Allow products to the Arab free zones to enter the Arab market with the local component ratio of exemption from customs taxes.
