Who meet the following conditions: -
1. To be a minimum grade teacher.
2. knowledge of theories of innovation and technology commercialization, or with regard to patents.
3. have a scientific Nnchat international publishing distinct.
4. have a distinct international relations.
5. Fluency in spoken and written English and preferably fluent in additional other languages.
6. pledge to spend enough time in the exercise of his office.
Note that the objectives and functions of the office are summarized as follows:
1. support and stimulate innovation and technology transfer and commercialization Steering executed gatherings and industry associations which are located in the geographical scope of the covered entity.
2. support research and technological needs of microenterprises, small and medium.
3. Effective Permanent link support for scientific research and the needs of the Egyptian society.
4. Encourage entrepreneurship.
5. Support to obtain patents and the creation and development of prototypes.
6. explore new ideas and caring for their owners and to provide the right environment for them.
7. Definition and increase awareness of opportunities for funding research projects.
8. improve the chances of success in getting international support for research projects.
9. support researchers in the management and follow-up research projects.
10. design and creation of a database for all the technologies and knowledge, innovations and patents available to affiliates rules based on the survey, which is for this purpose.
