Declared Cultural Affairs and Missions / Department of the Central missions sector in collaboration with the British Council and the British Embassy in Egypt opened the door for the progress of the program funded missions through "Newton honorable" agreement between the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt competitive system that is progress for them electronically on cultural Affairs and missions Sector site in the period from 05/12/2014 until 12/31/2014.

The competition in accordance with the rare and modern disciplines contributed most to the economic development of Egypt, which serve the national plan for the state and the scientific research and include the following:



- Renewable Energy

- Sustainable food production

- Sustainable Water Management

- Health care

- Archaeology and Cultural Heritage

Types of scholarship:



- Full graduate Mission for 3 years and renews a maximum in the fourth.

- Joint supervision mission for a year, and the tide may be a maximum of another year.



The basic conditions for progress



First: - Mission to get a doctorate: -

- A study in the higher education institution in the United Kingdom of Great Britain is a grant.

- A study to be in one of the five disciplines that serve the national plan of the State Scientific Research (mentioned above).

- The applicant should be a lecturer or assistant researcher obtained a master's degree or a teacher assistant or research assistant in one of the agencies listed plan missions, provided:

- Alatql duration of the appointment region of scholarship for two years in the history of advertising.

- Alaesid advanced age for the mission for 30 years in the history of the announcement according to Article 11 of the Code of missions 112 for the year 59 and the Executive Committee after taking the opinion of the sending waive the age requirement to considerations relating to the public interest (with a maximum of two years).

Required Documents



• a certified statement of the first year and the appreciation in the English-language university graduation class
