- The applicant must be an Egyptian nationality and resident in Egypt in the time of the call to stand. Will be accepted Egyptian Advanced holder for French nationality.

- The applicant must be a carrier of the Doctor and costly research work in the Egyptian University) public or private (or in an Egyptian research center.
