Islamic Bank for Development of Science and Technology for Business Awards
Bank established these awards to recognize and encourage the achievements of scientific institutions and gives annual awards to institutions in the Member States of the Islamic Development Bank in the following three categories:
Category 1: Outstanding Contribution to scientific or technological in social and economic development of the country User
Category 2: Outstanding Contribution in particular scientific discipline
Class 3: scientific research institutions observed in the least developed member countries of the IDB.
Each winner gets the value of US $ 100,000 cash prize, in addition to a trophy and a certificate.
Prizes will be awarded during the next meeting of the Board of Governors of the Bank to be held in Maputo, Mozambique in June 2015
