Global search with the participation of the journal Science, Zagazig University


Zagazig University teamed up with many, many of the strongest African and international universities (such as Harvard, Cambridge and the University of Cape Town South Africa) in the deployment of a global search World magazine's prestigious American Science, which is the second largest in the world after the Nature magazine in the publication of the most important research and global achievements on 20/6 / 2014. The research is published by the scientific research team (H3Africa), which includes many African countries universities are the University of Zagazig sole representative of Egypt in this team.

The Genetics Department (Faculty of Agriculture, Zagazig University) and the Centre for Bioinformatics university representatives in Prof. Ahmed Mansour Zohairy is the only Egyptian partner in this research team and the research team involved in a global project undergarment named Human, Health and Heredity in Africa bioinformatics Network (H3ABioNet) for a period of 5 years.

The project is aimed at several objectives, including:

1. identify the genetic origins and genesis of many genetic diseases in Africa and the world.

2. train researchers in Africa to study the latest genome and bioinformatics techniques
