Basic conditions:

For foreign scientific missions in order to obtain a doctorate from abroad:

He must have a master's degree and works Steering allotted mission.

When traveling: the same levels above are required unless requested by the foreign university and for a higher level of medicine in England requires 7 degrees in all parts of the test IELTS.

o provide international driving license for the computer ICDL issued by a specialized centers in the Egyptian universities (offering when traveling).

o provide a certificate of success for any requirements required by universities abroad both GRE and GMAT and other (offers when you travel).

o Advanced age should not exceed thirty-five years in the history of the ad.
