Zagazig University to discuss the demands of the financial and administrative workers
Within the framework of the demands of the working interest in various Egyptian universities .. hosted Zagazig University today 06/03/2014 symposium discussion of representatives of trade unions and workers at universities Egypt to discuss the most important financial and administrative demands that concern all sectors and levels of workers in universities and the university guesthouse .
- Participated in the seminar are representatives of nine universities : Cairo , Ain Shams and Helwan , Sohag, Mansoura and Suez Canal and the Damanhur , Zagazig and Banha .
- Over the course of a full working day meeting addressed the most important proposed amendments to the law regulating universities in addition to the problems of the minimum wage , rather than the university , private funds , the inclusion of workers within the special cadre of faculty members and their assistants .
- Agreed on a set of the most common subjects of interest to all workers in various universities .. that each University to hold seminars them to discuss these issues and find solutions proposed them .. and then representatives of each university to meet after 15 days from the date of this meeting to agree on operational steps to be taken and those which should be transferred to it those demands within the framework of legitimate methods and official channels of communication .
- Recommended that all participants need to follow the road of peaceful and legitimate channels to achieve all the demands and the formation of a standing committee representing all universities and communicate with stakeholders .
- He told a . Hussein Afifi president of the trade union committee of the university staff that we must calm the situation and follow the legitimate means in the presentation of demands with scheduled and prioritized according to the conditions experienced by the country .
- Added a . Mahmoud Fathallah head of the trade union committee of employees hospitals Zagazig University, we are going to create a general atmosphere all in position by raising workers' demands to the officials and followed up until their full implementation , especially the special cadre as well as the financial demands , which have been filed years ago and the most important of the minimum wage , and instead of the university and raise the reward exams , which had been ignored by the officials also appealed to officials of the need to seriously consider these demands
